365 Day 47: Solar
Well, I was bound to do a recording of this at one point or another. Just to get practicing thinking while soloing over changes and phrasing and such. This turned out pretty okay, I think, but I wasn't really premeditating any of the gestures as much as I think I should be.
Also, Day 50 of this project is coming up, marking a little under 1/7th. There will be a bigger upload -- I may need to get another soundcloud account, or do something differently...

One thing I absolutely LOVE when I come home is that we have a Very Nice Piano. And by that I mean a "Wagner" baby grand piano. this is [my mom's computer's interpretation of] part of what it can do.
I'm not sure if the "Aviary" player will work, so I published it to soundcloud as well. enjoy!

365 Day 1: On Your Wings
I'm sure you've heard of the 365 project, and the variations on it. People take a photograph, usually of themselves, each day for a year. I've decided to undertake a similar project, but with audio recordings of myself.
These will probably not be of amazing quality, but I'm about to come into possession of a nice mic which will make everything better. Until then, from my laptop mic:
