365 Day 365: Lotus Flower (acoustic cover)

Here is my final recording, a condensed cover of Radiohead's Lotus Flower, featuring my generous and talented friend Chris Wattam on the vocals. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Lotus Flower was originally written by Radiohead and they own all the rights and if one of their reps wants it down I'll gladly take it down deargodpleasedon'tsuemeIdon'thaveanymoney.

And with that the project is completed. I'll probably post a big old  debriefing thing tomorrow sometime, but for now I'm going to go breathe a sigh of relief at the watering hole.

For a scene in like Italian Job or Ocean's 11 or something, where the protagonist is quietly sneaking past lasers and breaking open a vault and stuff.

keys are 4FrontRhodes run through Bitcrusher, drums are Drumatic3, bass is live. Listen with good headphones/speakers, 'cause there's some wicked lows in there. still gotta work on my mastering chops, but I really like that bass/drum groove
