the (obvious?) first question is what's in a name -- if I had called this recording something saucy like "a pensive soul" or something formal like "sonata in G" or something like "in memoriam of morton feldman", would it be taken more seriously? should it? it's the same sound. would the sound be more enjoyable with a name like "rosepetals after dusk", even if I haphazardly slapped that meaning onto the sound?
second question is, how awesome is bowed guitar? very. I'm going to write something serious for guitar and bass soon, I think.
